Re: thank you

I hope so cos the half-time draw money and suchlike is all going into building new a new roof. I doubt they would do that unless they know it's happening.

Re: thank you

A lot of the problem is caused by cans and bottles being discarded before the match into the bushes next to the Crown steps;there are no bins there,Also rubbish blows off the Clayton end terrace, under the gate and into the carpark;which is handily also used by dog walkers and fly tippers.A few signs and more obviouis bins are the way forward.

Re: thank you

About these bins...maybe the council would sponsor 'em,or could local businesses advertise on 'em?How do other grounds do it?Any ideas?

Re: thank you

I think at the end of it, a lot of people will throw their rubbish on the ground regardless of a bin being there or not. That's my opinion, anyway.

Re: thank you

Only throwing some ideas into the ring;we need to start taking a bit of pride in the Club, and that's difficult when the first thing visiting fans see is a car park full of rubbish!

Re: thank you

Sponsored bins sounds a fantastic idea, seen it done in a few places.
