3 welcome points towards survival. Can't ask for much more. Let's hope they can build on this on Tuesday.

Re: Todays Game @ Chester
What a happy drive back.
Thought they played as a team, couldn't criticise anyone, after last week it was brilliant, obviously still "a work in progress", but progress it was.
Aswad obviously stood out, but they all did their bit, proper team. Must mention Whalley though, the penny seems to have dropped, his runs were really hurting them, and he's using his head, at last. Hope TV shows Bav's brilliant save before we cleared the corner to Shaun, who set up Craney.
Roll on Tuesday.

Re: Todays Game @ Chester
Yea, well done to the lads, brilliant feeling when that 3rd goal went in. It was really good as well to have Cav, Leighton & Rocky sat with us in the stands - like going back to the good old days in a way - and I think they really enjoyed their afternoon, good on em for joining in the some of the singing

Re: Todays Game @ Chester
This was a good result today, the team played well against a very poor Chester side who hadnt scored for a while.
Stanley showed more passion,Branch seems to be playing better in the middle, but Stanley conceeded two soft goals. Nevertheless well done lads, more of the same on Tuesday
