On the attendance, slightly up for this season, but 867 down on last year, (a Tuesday night). Would be interesting to know the away breakdown for both matches. I don't relish Friday night games, neither, it seems, do some of our players.

As Sarah and I were getting into the car at the end of the match last night, I overheard the visiting Police Officers saying that 484 Wrexham fans were there last night.........so a slight increase on home support, but after the performance on the pitch I very much doubt that the Club will sustain that for the next home game...........wait and see time I guess .

Bitchy Bitchy, your opinion don't boo, my opinion if people want to boo it's their option, for the record I didn't boo I choose not to clap and disappeared into the night without a beer.

You should've come in the Crown to keep me company. I was sitting there on my own, drinking to forget and listening to the happy sheep-abusers on the next table!

Re: tonights match
you pay your money, you can boo as much as you like.
I agree with an earlier comment, very little on the pitch to motivate the fans.
Part of me was alittle freightened to chant a substitutes name as we all know Coleman doenst like it.
Im sorry, but when we lack some creativity in midfield and when Paul Mullin is physically knackered, I have every right to chant Boco's and Evils name.
Whalley is only a half player IMO. he has the ability to be an impact player, run and dribble, etc.
But his final ball and his ability in the air is not good enough.
Anyone else think Phil Edwards would be a welcome additon to the defence?

Carrying a back injury.
I think we should play Cavanagh, Roberts, Rocky, Leam in home games.
Include Phil instead of Webb when playing wing backs away from home. Webb hasn't impressed me at all.

Fine, but it says more about you than the team, IMO. I'd like to think most Stanley fans are above the likes of Liverpool, Everton and Barrow.
Did merit a dignified silence, though.

Yep it got that from me nothing else needed to be said but when they do play well they get the applause hence did not last night & think that enough to warrent disappointment in their play & hope they improve on last nights performance in future matches to come

Re: tonights match
booing or cheering make sod all difference so why do either? because it makes the individual feel better. I won't boo but if somebody next to me was doing then I wouldn't be fussed.

Is the choice yours then? Not theirs.

So Season 2007-2008 was a poor one ? Well....
We got a new roof, & a bar on the Clayton End & a new school in Nepal. Beat an Ex-Premiership side away, had some more tarmac laid over the puddles & saw a 3 inch high header. ASFC Youth system saw youth inthe first team & more importantly we signed a "pub"! Remember 6 points off Morecambe & paid our highest fee ever for a player. All this & still "light" years ahead of Barrow & Worksop!!!!!
