ive been one of Miles biggest critics for his work rate
Part of my anger is the fact he DOES possess the ability.

Its all about the application.

If ever there was a player of whom it could be said 'HisTalents and Abilities are Transient'...then John must be that man!....If this is true, then it would go a long way to explaining his apparent lack of application, and his annoying habit of flitting in and out of games...at the wrong moments..

(Transient :-Moving over or across a space or scene viewed, and then disappearing....!!).

Like my opinion of Ian Craney, John Miles certainly owes the Club and it's fans a much better effort than has been witnessed so far!!..I live in hope !

Tony Grant not in match and will not be signed by Huddersfield either

Huddersfield Town searching hard but Grant goes - Huddersfield Examiner

Re: Was 0-0 at half time

John Miles remains something of an enigma. I've been re-reading this thread:
http://www.accringtonweb.com/forum/f...n-30924-3.html (Miles & Carden sign!)

It's clear that he was generally highly thought of at Macc, although some supporters did have their doubts. As I wrote in that thread, maybe Stanley's "style" of play did not suit him. It's been apparent that our management duo failed to get the best out of him.

Re: Was 0-0 at half time

Looking at that thread I can't help thinking that we never gave Carden a real chance. Everywhere he has been, he's been considered a quality player. We gave him a couple of preseason games and then a couple of league games after he'd come back from injury.

Can even JC & JB et al get the best out of a 'Transient Enigma'??. ( or is he just useless as other postings would suggest?)...Lke I said about Ian.C...
'C'mon John get it together and prove all us doubters totally wrong !.
