Ooh, he might be too late for China! The Chinese government has either just, or is about to impose a 100% tax on transfer fees for foreign players. Apparently they don't like billions being spent on agents and foreign players when there aren't even pitches in most towns for kids to play on; so they've done something about it.
Guess he'll be off to America now, then. |
