I went today and enjoyed it all , even the lows because we put it behind us and just sang on and it was a brilliant atmosphere at our end! i would pay alot to watch a game like that and was gud all the way through! everyone went mental at the end after a terrific game! even the stanley camp were so delighted! the only problem was at the end because there was no food left hehe! at the end of the game and i was listening on the radio and all that york fans did is moan and complain and so did the manager! sore loosers!

Was a great day out today, there was a group of us went into a tandoori before the match, was a right laugh.

Good thread, guys !

I couldn't get to the game because they took the p*** at work again and I didn't end my shift until 1.30pm. They treat us old people as slave labour, you know.

Anyway, I've had a short chat this evening (part of a quiz, actually)with Martin Kelner live on Radio Leeds, Radio York, Radio Sheffield and Radio Humberside about Stanley and how well they're doing , and it went down well. They have this sneaking admiration for us, you know !

For those who want to trawl these things, I believe that the show will be archived tonight after it finishes.

Personally I can't be a**ed.

Brilliant result and a great credit to everyone involved .

Still reliving it all after getting back at 7.00 tonight! Pity the clocks go back cos I'm going to have an hours less dreaming about it all now.
