Anyone Go?
I went yesterday but there was no flights in the afternoon due to the wind, they did have the tethered flights and the "Night Glow" which is set to music.
Click the photo below and it will take you to some more images, there should be a short video clip there too

Thanks, the video should be there soon, its uploading now but its a large file and it only lasts about 20 secs

edit - Its there now but it will take a while for you to view it, better starting the download in another window so you can carry on working.

Sory 3rd one won't upload, over the file limit.
Anyone know of a program for reducing avi file sizes

I'd have come up to that if id known, is it free entry like northamptons balloon festival?
I did ask somewhere if you had one up that way but don't think anyone answered.

I didn't see it advertised, we just stumbled upon it, its free parking but £3 per person to get in

oh thats ok. Northampton is free to get in but costs to park, so we normally get an allday ticket in the towns carpark and walk accross.
The ballon shots I entered in to one of the comps were took there on my canon ae1 program, Slide, and scanned using paperport.
I've got an A-1 A t-90 A practica Nova II with the old screw thread, and a pentax spotmatic F I found in a charity shop for 50p.
I've got flashes for the cannons of course. A few lenses, a nice 300mm that works well with a 2x convertor.
Trouble is it's expensive due to having to pay for a photograph if it's good or not, although I think you'd struggle to take a bad pic at a baloon festival. Most will be average, but then you get a few really good ones, like the one you posted at the start.
