SPECIAL ACCRINGTON PHOTO COMPETITION

This competition is for photos of Accrington old and new

You may upload up to 6 photos.

PLEASE PROVIDE A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WHERE THE BUILDING/OBJECT/LOCATION IS

All photos uploaded must be accompanied by a PM to Mick giving permission to upload TO THE “ANY VILLAGE SITE” when the competition has closed.(copyright Reasons)
All photos entered in the photo competition even if they win a prize or not will be used on this other site so really there will be no losers .
　　
This competition is open for 1 month.
All Photos Must be your own.
Or you can scan old photos but they must be yours or the families
　
Nothing off the Internet please
　
There will be a 4gig flash drive up for grabs as first prize
But all those that enter will receive a CD / DVD case .

This competition will run from the Wednesday 1st July to Friday 30th Aug
With voting throughout the months
Uploads will be allowed till 10pm on Aug 28th voting will end on the 30th Aug at 10pm

So come on lets get some good photos of Accrington on to this site

Prizes
The flash drive may not be the one shown but will be new and 4gig
the first few that enter can choose the colour of cd case they wish but as one colour runs out the choice will be limited to whats left these cd/dvd cases hold 32 disc's

Put some in I took on Saturday ... don't think I have done Accrington any favours though ... LOL.

Think you have to go out very early in the morning, as getting a shot of streets is virtually impossible with all the parked cars, particularly at ground level ... need to be on a roof or in a helicopter.

I thought that I had some old pics of the Market...how it used to be, when Uncle Dick had a pitch near the fish market.......but can I lay my hands on them??????
I have searched all the places I thought they would be and not found them.
I am away next week and into the following week so i guess I will have to resort to Plan B....take some more
