Me and the wife are starting a 10 day Detox tommorow.. Did one last year.. Gonna do one every year.. cleans the system out... Anyone else done one.. WE got the Carol Vourdaman detox book which helped for what to eat.

Detox  ??? He even started frying chips in the wok when i got rid of the deepfat fryer, after he had his heart attack.  :-X
