Apart from that I don't really know much about them haven't a clue about who the other band members were or how many, 3 or maybe 4 but not sure. Just Googled it only 7 items appeared none relating to the group, Sorry can't be of more help Taggy
No Probs Jaysay, thanks for that though & i'll pass those details on to Fiona. There's a charity concert in his memory taking place in Benidorm this coming Monday actually, about 15 acts are taking place. Wish I could have been there.

Best regards - Taggy

Wow what a trip down memory lane today. It started when I saw a painting of Nelson Imp. I used to go there in 67/68. I remember The Atlantics well as I went out with Andy Russell a few times and got to meet loads of groups.

You knew Andy Russell? I played drums with him in The Atlantics. His mother used to manage the band. A formidable lady was Mrs Russell. There's a photo of him somewhere on here.

Yes, it is my friend. Strange to see a post by an old girlfriend of Andy Russell. Well done with the pic.

Dickie was definitely the singer. He was a mat of mine, went through school in same form at Chris's.
