Has it as been pointed out to me it is better to make the file size as small as possible without loosing to much quality “Optimise for the web” In doing so, when someone using dialup 56k loads up the message boards the time it takes to load should be a lot Quicker for them. Better still have no images at all but if people are going to use images and the forums Admin allows it, Then we should try and keep the file size as small as possible.


I have just done a quick optimisation on your banner and have got the file size down to; 24594 bytes (24.594kb) less than half the original size and the pic quality is still good.
