Re: clock change

As far as I know it's always last Sunday in March to go forward and last Sunday in October to go back. I'm not aware of any exceptions.

Re: clock change

Did you remember to change your clocks? It’s Daylight Saving Time again. - Miscellaneous

Might understand why steeljack was asking ... seeing as they got it wrong ...

thanks shillelagh , daylight saving time has got to be the biggest cock-up ever introduced by politicians , surely these 'brains' could come to some sensible agreement where all the countries agree to do it on the same day (Europe two weeks later than North America etc. ) and Australasia a week later than that ( if we in the northern hemisphere go forward one hour and they in the southern hemisphere go back on hour ) does that mean there is a two hour change from 'regular' time ?.

Incidentally , we have three States in the US which refuse to use Daylight saving time ........if we cant agree on anything as basic as what time it is how the heck can we agree on anything.

okay rant over

When is British Summer Time (BST) in force this year?

2009: Sunday 29 March 01:00 GMT - Sunday 25 October 01:00 GMT (02:00 BST)

Have a read here steeljack: BST: British Summer Time - UK Daylight Saving Time (GMT +1)
