HillTop Farm date

Hello,
I’m trying to find the (approximate) date that Hilltop Farm, Back Lane, Rising Bridge was originally built. We’re in the process of rebuilding the farm and want a Date Stone that also gives the date of the original building. The farm appears on a map from around 1850 but I don’t know how to go back any further. Although it's classed as Rising Bridge, it may also have been regarded as Baxenden in the past.
Any tips would be appreciated, as would any additional history related to the farm.
Many thanks.
Dom
