I know what your saying Jaysay but they do have a system in place to monitor if you put extra bags out, so they have the ability to monitor who frequently does this and issue fines as appropriate.

We are first collection and missed the binmen by 10 minutes, they arrived about 07:45.

I rang council at 9am, they say nothing they can do but we can put up to...

Don't clampers need and SIA licence? i'm sure the company must have the correct licence for removing vehicles and each person must have this also.

i dont think it will "open the door" for people to take E rather han have a pint but could you imagine the damage that would be done if drugs that are illegal now become much more freely available?...
