what the hell is happening to the coppice... it was once one of the few places people could walk locally with dogs that seemed relatively untouched.. now there are so called improvements taking place...

Well as I want past the other morning the war memorial in Oswaldtwistle was not illuminated and I notice the war memorial in Rishton is also now in darkness..cant decide if this is a maintainance...
