Re: Another nail.........

I'm actually starting to think that a European Super League might not be a bad idea. Just let all the prima donnas go and play with themselves and let te rest of us get on with some decent football....

Re: Artificial Intelligence

My younger son is retraining as a Primary school teacher. He was saying last week that, in spite of signing a disclosure at the beginning of the course to say that they would not use AI, a number of...

Re: Bradford (We are next to bottom of the form table) thread

This thread is once again showing just how divided the fan base and the club is at the moment. Too often in my life I've seen issues caused by two, usually men, fuelled by an excess of testostorone...

Re: U's away

It was a 4 match ban for being his 2nd red card of the season. He's currently on 9 yellow cards and would get a further 2 match ban if he picks up another yellow before we've played 37 league...

Re: Coleman and Bell sacked

Not really surprised but didn't expect it this morning. I think/ hope we're safe for this season because Sutton and Forest Green would need a great run of results. I can't help wondering if the...

Re: Former Players!

Notice Josh Andrews had to come off injured in his first practice game for Gillingham's development team. Apparently unrelated to the injury that kept him out whilst he was with us but likely to keep...

Re: Wimbledon Match Thread

Re: Injuries

I've noticed it before this season that whilst players for normal substitutions are rarely made to leave the pitch at the nearest point the same doesn't apply when the substitution is for a player...

Re: vs the Dons

He was! Every time two people got close together he gave a free kick to MK. I can't argue with the yellow cards for Woods and O'Brien, possibly Gubbins but the rest had me baffled especially Nolan...

I know there was talk about him coming in the Summer. Looks promising. Hope he's as good as the last two lads we've had on loan.

Alex Smith RIP

Alex Smith, Goalkeeper in our last season in the Football League in 1962 has died at the age of 85. I also believe he made the odd appearance for us after the club reformed.

Re: Steve Evans' Old Club Match Thread

Re: Steve Evans' Old Club Match Thread

Yes. I think red cards apply to all games whilst yellow cards are competition specific. I've just checked on the EFL suspensions page which says the suspension ends after tonight's match.
