Not sure if this helps but I have found out that a company called Servecast do the web-streaming. I emailed them about 4 times in the past week but no reply yet. I do not think that its their problem...

No its not a DVD - I am not playing it its live tv. Its racing thats happening and instead of getting it on the TV or Sky you can get it on the PC via their site At the Races. I can get the picture...
