I bought it brand new from Comet, it hasn't been anywhere else. That's why I can't understand why it would appear NOT to be a genuine copy. Confused???? Yes I am.

My sticker says windows XP media centre edition 2005 yet my computer says windows XP professional version 2002 service pack 2.

Hi Emzy

I'm having the same problem and windows XP was pre-installed onto my laptop when I bought it from Comet over 2 years ago.

I have tried to 'fix this problem' through the link that keeps...

I have a computer and monitor that he can have. It hasn't been used for a while and the hard-drive has been replaced with a small hard-drive (the original one went) may need a larger one....
