The FA only published their statement today: http://www.thefa.com/news/2017/may/05/patrick-lacey-suspended-050517

Why would Accy say anything official before the governing body did?

Re: January window

Been speaking you someone who works closely with the players at Bury. Apparently Eagles has more issues than the Beano, which would explain why he bounces from club to club.

I rate him, too. But that's kind of my point. He's played 30 games this season so far in all competitions but only scored 2 goals (0 in the league). A player of his talent should be providing much...

I think Coley has been let down by players who possess more quality than they've cared/dared to show. The main culprits being O'Sullivan, Clarke and Kee who have been profligate at best and absent at...

I know this forum has been practising post-truth since before it was a thing, but Grant left Stanley for a fee of around £250k.

Re: Time to discuss Coleman

Put the question the other way - how many of our now-released youth team products have gone on to better things? None that I can think of. If they're good enough, they play. See Bobby Grant, Peter...

Re: Leyton orient match thread

McConville incorrectly sent off as Beckles was covering. Orient scored via a handball. Things not going our way but hardly a crisis. Much ado about a little bit more than nothing.

Any football fan worth their salt knows it was a foul on Hughes before the foul was committed the other way.

I know you lot enjoy your occasional bout of...

To me, the type of competition isn't important in the slightest. Nor is the fact that we have been drawn against more Premier League opposition in...

Re: EFL Round 2 draw

I think all fans appreciate that special changes are made for one-off fixtures such as this. Certain sections of the ground are expanded for press, hospitality and fans of clubs with larger fan...

Would take super Peter Murphy back in a heartbeat however. If he can get healthy and back to form it would go some way to replace Crooks....

Re: Playoff Leg 1 - Away at Wimbledon

Wimbledon deserved the win after their second half performance - direct, route one and effective.

Those slighting the selection of Sean can go whistle. His defending was more assured than Fosu's...

Re: Dagenham match thread.

I don't know who those players were posing in Dagenham kits, but they were nothing like the John Still sides of old. No bite, aggression or guts in their game. Awful.

That said, the reds were...

Re: Former Players!

Think he saved a penalty in a game but faded into obscurity pretty quickly. Good luck to him. If Paul Rachubka can get a contract with a Championship club, anything can happen.
