The record so far does not raise ones hopes that it will be value for money - so far every one of these events has been an in-mitigated flop and has received nothing but a strong aversion to this...

I was taught to dance by my Mother, by paying for lessons - out of my own pocket, and by a fantastic GF who still loves to dance. The taxpayer or the council did not contribute one penny.
