I do not mind paying to go into an art gallery or a museum...because I have the choice.......If I can't afford it, then I can't go in.......that doesn't stop it being available for those who do have...

The way to get people back to Accrington is to attract shops that people want to shop in.
If there is a need to put on arty things then do them in the appropriate venue with the right kind of...

While some dancing is an art......Ballet, cultural(as in Hungarian, Russian, or Balinese)...but 'Flashmob'...don't think it quite makes it...well not for me anyway.

I don't agree that we have to take 'flash mob' dancing as a version of modern heritage.
Modern it might be, but it really has nothing at all to do with the area, and it certainly isn't art.
