I drove past the Brick pub at 3.15 and the staff were stood on the car park but no sign of caravans.
The car park was empty. Two men with what looked like long brushes were there but not doing...

I've been with les and mick in the railway once and there is about 40 TVs on the wall, all switched on and showing a variety of programs.
None of us looked at them, we were too busy yapping.

I wonder where they got the bricks from to build the new Brickyard pub.
I know through taking to a deliver driver that most of the bricks for the new houses on Blackburn road came from Leicester.

I promised to take them to the new Brick pub when it opens.

I agree with you Margaret about the new pub being a stepping stone apart from one thing.
Will the parents allow the children to do as they please and then the children will think it acceptable...

We had a Flatley drier when I was young.
Very dangerous bit of kit.
Basically a big tin box with rails across the top to hang clothes over an electric fire.
I can't believe they could get away...

Three years ago I was tempted to try out Weatherspoons on Southport's Lord street.
My late wife and me found one door partially blocked by two folding baby...

I recently went into one of the pub/eateries and my visit was spoilt by uncontrollable brats running around screaming while the parents were taking not one jot of notice.
Brats = four to ten year...

I enjoy a few pints a week in the Read Con.
We get a card stamped with every pint.
Ten stamps free pint. Members only.
Good local company no trouble friendly atmosphere, why sit at home ignoring...

I drove past earlier and saw a name on the place.
Because of traffic and kids about I didn't get a proper look but I think it was Brickyard or brick something.
