It is Jen, the man with the furniture stall in there told me their rents are ridiculously cheap at the moment, thats why he can afford two stalls, it's just another one of Festers 'vote for me'...

Thats what i thought when i read it Less, me and Reece's dad where in the market hall yesterday and he being from a foreign land (Burnley) remarked on how empty it looks now compared to how it was...

it's not the stall holders fault though Mick, it's that Brticliffe persons fault, they need to increase prices so they can pay the extra rent

Blackburn have managed to alienate most market traders, they are due to move into The Mall in March and i was talking to one of the stallholders last week and he told me that NO ONE has actually...
