I don't see what the issue is. Gayle has stated she will tell you when the event is over as she does not want the event to be judged on cost alone as happened with the other one.

The grant is not so they can make something though as I see it.
It is so a community group (or however secured the funding) can employ the artist to do a job that the group want doing. Not just for...

I don't agree with that because the BBC should be producing TV and Radio programmes not giving our money away
