Resting In Peace
I have an original old postcard of this scene. Was going to upload it, when I find it, but now I see I dont need to bother. In the 60s I lived in a house on the right hand side of this picture, just about where the horse and cart is. The building opposite is Whalley Road Congregational Church - actually the bit you can see with gable end was the Institute where the lads used to play snooker at the youth club on Fridays.
