Yes Tracker, I made that lovely concoction. My brother-in-law who now lives in Brisbane was missing the good old English puds...so I made him this one when I was out at his place. I also made him a baked egg custard tart and a proper cheese and onion pie. He wants to know when I can go out and cook for him again.
Yes....I am married and yes I do believe in love at first bite.......you would certainly love a taste of that pud.
