Sorry folks this is a late entry i ask mummiboo to take it.
this is supposed to represent the weavers and spinners riots in preston on lune street 1860 or there abouts when the army fired live ammo into the people.
Its a perthetic statue and so is the rest this one is the best of the group
Talk about blot on the landscape this is in the town centre too.
