Exactly Sue, an important part of the "Jaysayism" is the complete lack of intention when pronouncing them -a sort of sponteneity bordering on the naif!
A good example which springs to mind being Dudget instead of Budget - surely a dudget deserves to exist in the collective national vocabulary -it has that certain "Je ne sais qua?!" (pardon mon Francais!)
I fear the OED may have to set up a whole new collection just for Jaysayisms -I envisage teams of researchers trawling Accyweb for them -could take decades to compile!
