they were caught out doin it on the cheap to maximise profit for their hedge fund and camerons mates this is why we are in so much debt .even labour have been at fault here .so much money has been wasted subsidising private companies ie railways etc this proves the shareholding hedge fund quick buck mentality doesnt work.the civil servants to blame for this are the politicians.one day doing the olympics the next day on the dole thats the tory way.the tories say we are tough on immigration ye right who is going to control it when there isnt enough staff they have brought in immigration officials from the u.s.a. to help how much will that cost
