The word interesting was your thinking that everybody should be a supporter of the hometown club which was probably the norm 60 years ago when people relied on public transport and the road networks were not as good as today however to call me a traitor for staying loyal to my first club is rather obtuse

Actually. I don't think everyone should support their hometown club, I think Accringtonians should support their hometown club! Everyone else should be a traitor and support Stanley anyway (like my mates and fellow supporters ThirdDivNorth, Yonmon, Mab, Valarian, DaveinGermany, Pendle Red and others!

Yes, we will have to disagree, but if you're ever in the Oaklea prior to spending you money at Stanley, I will gladly buy you a pint!
