My parents often watched Steptoe and Son when I was a kid and there is a rather funny episode where they have one of those machines.
Harold is enjoying it until he realises its his dad in the movie
then if it couldn't get worse the vicar turns up and convinces them to donate the machine for charity.
Happens there is more than one movie that his dad made and when they get to the charity event there is a long line of people waiting to see it
