No, it is not. I would suggest however, that Rainman, in a state of intoxication, may not have a full recollection of the incident and the events leading up to it. He could well have done something to which he is now entirely oblivious, such as groping, without consent, a young ladies bum or maybe leaving a sticky, multi-coloured deposit of cheap lager and carrot on the "Greeter's" shoes. Whatever, I would suggest that before he makes a formal complaint he does try to establish the pertinent facts.
