Whilst I agree with the idea, AND support it, AND wouldve voted in favour of it, i dont think the vote shouldve been taken there and then. Theres no harm done in converting the club to a society but its still a huge step and people couldve wanted more information. Also out of a 100 people in the room what percentage were Members? and what percentage of the club does that represent?

I get that they wanted to make the announcement in person, and want to crack on
