. Following on BBC text I really thought we'd just got ourselves back into the game when we equalised, but 5 minutes later .....
Just 2 of you predicted defeat this afternoon, and StanleyJosh thought we'd score one in the process, so he walks away with 4 points. The other gloomster and doomster
was StevieR, but he had to be content with the basic 3 and no bonuses. A few bonus points for those who thought we'd win 1-0 or draw 1-1 - strangely enough, no-one put 4 in the goals against column.
This being SJ's second 4 pointer, he sits smugly on top of the heap with 8. Tom D and AccyTom18 have both got 6, Ossy Kid 5. Stanley have got 3 from 3, which is not nearly as good as 3 from 1
.
So, roll on the Wombles which involves a trip down Memory Lane, or is that Plough Lane? One game I really wanted to go to, this one. Hey ho ..... Table after that one, if you're good and make your predictions with Stanley's score first, even though it's an away game
