Cashy...when I say 'suspected', what I mean is that maybe the drug manufacturer suspected but the staff getting the jab did not suspect, because they had not been told that this could happen.
I cannot see anyone who has allergies severe enough to need and epipen, subjecting themselves to this risk.
People die of anaphyllactic reactions and as a nurse or health professional you would not risk it if you KNEW... they are very scary to see.
Now they are saying that all facilities where the jab is given should have resus equipment available(and I guess staff who are trained in reus techniques) because there will be some who do not know they will have this reaction
