PayPal, 2CheckOut, and ClickBank routinely send updates via email so you are incorrect in stating this.
It is actually a pleasure to receive such news about major improvements at StormPay and to receive instructions on how to use their services.
Most services just assume that everyone knows how to implement their processing on a website. Kudos to the StormPay team!
