And seemingly not overawed by his sizeable tab, he even paid the optional 12.5% service charge of almost £3,000.

Clever man! He will more than recoup his losses with future business! I know a very frugal but smart business man that hired a French restaurant on a Sat night for a company party. He invited potential investors and between them, completely wrecked the place so that it had to close for over a week to redecorate. The cost was enormous............but his financial future was assured through new investment.
