I hadn't even notice the quick links it took me ages to spot it even after reading this thread .......... sometimes people aren't constantly viewing Who's Online. If I use the Who's Online feature to send a PM to someone it opens another window to send the PM but still looks like your viewing Who's online until you remember to close that window down ......... I usually end up with about 6 windows open
