According to tonight's Lancashire Evening Telegraph, actress Wendy Peters who plays Cilla in Coranation Street, is from Oswaldtwistle.
Does anyone know if she was born here, or moved here?
So that's another Corrie actress we have to add to Vicky Entwistle and Julie Hesmondalgh to add to our hall of fame.
