My impression as a semi-neutral is that Stanley have done their homework on the Conference this year and realised that there are few teams with any kind of attacking flair so they've been able to defend at the half way line. They've bought the kind of players to enable them to do this and moulded great team spirit. They also seem to have less of the petulance of previous years.

Ground improvements - get some better toilets. Most common criticism I've heard.
