No doubt I will be slapped down if I have mis-interprted this situation...

The "Rep Power" indicates how much Karma you hand out to other members, which itself is a function of duration of membership and number of posts on the forum. As it stands, the total Karma accrued is not displayed at the top of a post, as it previously was, in the members' details.

I think I know what I meant.
