Hello, I'm Gayle

I haven't been around much lately so I thought I'd reintroduce myself. I work for an arts organisation, we're involved in putting some pretty controversial sculptures on the hills around East Lancashire, but we also do a lot of other community arts and educational arts stuff.

I stood for council earlier this year but please don't mistake me for some sort of political bod - I'm only interested in local issues.

I do a lot of community work, mostly with women's groups and diversity groups so I come up against a lot of sexism, racism and all sorts of other isms but I'm passionate about what I do so I put up with it!

I'm involved with amateur dramatics and a few other groups - too many to mention. Oh, and I love theatre, football and my kids!
