been a while since i used it but there shoud be 2 options either qurentine or fix
if you click fix it will display a warning that teh files are going to be deleted
you then click yes and it deletes the bad files
usualy with adaware it will say some of teh operations can not be completed until after a system reboot
run adaware again to be sure it has removed them
