We used to say 'cuckoo' .. not sure how it relates though .
I love it when my much younger colleagues at work call me a 'tart' (in the best possible taste of course) .. sorta' raises me status like..
Rather like 'Spazz' .. think some people may feel an an insult to certain disabled people, but never feel it is said in any cruel or detrimental way.
