ive just bought a new computer and evey time i try and play music it comes up with a fault windows media cant play the file because ther is a problem with your sound device and when i go into information it says error oxc00d11ba does antbody know what it is .does it mean i havent got a sound card or isnt compatible with windows media

ive been thriugh all the usual channels control panel and sounds etc just says no audio device...cheers
