its complete n utter bullsh1t, me lad got his "Masters" in 98, has applied for 100s of positions,to be told, yer "Over Qualified" all he has got is a standby lecturer at hornchurch, like if someones sick or on holiday, about 2/3 months a year,the rest of the year he does building work n stuff, i agree with shaker 100%.
