I never heard of cheese n egg until we moved to accy an they made it at work for the clients
We just used to have cheese in thoven.
lancashire cheese in a dish and covered in milk. sometimes I would add onion or tomato. Served with bread or toast to dip.
Kids love it. Used to have it for Saturday tea. Mmmm
