Ya' mean like a tracking device Neil .. mmm not a bad idea .. can just imagine Willow up and down the district with a control pointing at everybody's house ... LOL.
Can't understand if anybody would take for use as an extra bin ? Surely they will not empty 2 bins will they ? Just seems like somebody who may have have their own bin lifted .. well, suppose that's re-cycling, in its lowest form.
