I.P address help please
hiya my daughter turned her p.c off last night an turned it back on again this morning to no internet connection. Virgin media have said that its a problem with her computer as it has changed to an automatic I.P address or no I.P address at all. They also said something about it being the computers I.P adress rather than her modems I.P address.
Has anyone had any experience of this and knows what she can do to repair it please?
