Her Dad is just married to your Mum's cousin, right? Then technically there is no official relationship to you. Only blood relatives and one step in-laws (like m-i-l and s-i-l) have actual names in English. The person who marries your sister is your b-i-l. The brother of your husband is also your b-i-l. The man married to your s-i-l is not officially your b-i-l although is often called that.

The husband of your mother's cousin is just the husband of your mother's cousin.

I always get mixed up between 2nd cousins and cousins once removed so I'll see if I can look it up and then I'll let you know. I think Lilly is right though.
